Trigon announces drilling results from Kombat Mine in Namibia

Trigon Metals Inc. has issued an update on their drilling activities at the Kombat Mine in Namibia and mentions key highlights from the drilling campaign, as well as their ongoing production performance and activities at the Silver Hill Project in Morocco.
The firm has reported drilling results from two specific areas: the East 400 area and the Kavango North Pit. The East 400 area, located 250 meters east of the Kavango Pit, has yielded exceptional drilling results, suggesting the presence of high-grade copper. This is a positive sign for the exploration and development of the Kombat project.
Production rate
Production at the Kombat Mine is exceeding expectations. Concentrate production is increasing, with concentrate grades at approximately 30% copper. Recoveries are also performing well, exceeding 80%. The mill has been running continuously for over 96 hours at a capacity rate of 95%.
On the other hand, Trigon Metals Inc. has initiated drilling activities at the Silver Hill Project in Morocco. The drilling program is nearing completion, and mineral assays will be reported to the market in the future. This suggests that the company is actively expanding its mining activities beyond the Kombat Mine.
The drill holes are spaced at intervals of less than 7.5 meters and are intended to fill gaps between historical drilling areas. The goal is to measure the contact between sulfide and oxide mineralization. The assay results have been prepared and classified by Trigon Mining (Namibia)(Pty) Ltd in accordance with the reporting guidelines outlined in National Instrument 43-101 – Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects (“NI 43-101”), as required by the Canadian Securities Administrators.
