Marula Mining open subsidiary firm in Kenya

Marula Mining PLC, an Africa-focused mining and development company, has established a wholly owned operating subsidiary called Muchai Mining Kenya Ltd in Kenya. The subsidiary will primarily focus on securing both near-term and advanced copper and graphite mining opportunities.

As they advance operations at these battery metals focused projects, Marula will continue to build and expand its interests in other high-quality projects in Africa.

The company recently provided an operational progress update on the Kinusi copper project, located in the Dodoma region of central Tanzania. They mentioned that approximately 40 kilograms of representative samples are being transported to Southern Metal Processing Pty’s facilities in South Africa for further metallurgical testing and process optimization. The Chief Executive Officer expressed confidence in the project’s potential based on a recent site visit and mentioned that representatives from offtake groups have also visited the site, indicating their interest in the project.
