Pambili produces first gold at Golden Valley mine

Pambili Natural Resources Corporation has announced its first gold production from the Golden Valley mine in Zimbabwe.
Jon Harris, Chief Executive Officer of Pambili Natural Resources confirmed the report and expressed enthusiasm about the initial gold production, emphasizing the visible mineralization observed in the processed material and the expertise of the local team. He highlighted the significance of these early results in validating the potential of the Golden Valley Project.
Gold potential
The firm has undertaken underground development work in preparation for an upcoming drilling program. This preparatory work involved processing 630 tonnes of material from underground development and historic surface sands, resulting in the recovery of 235 grams (7.5 ounces) of gold at a recovery rate of 0.52 g/t.
The company anticipates additional gold recovery from the forthcoming restart of the toll-milling operation and the ongoing cleanup of historic sands on the site. The CEO highlighted the significance of these early results in validating the potential of the Golden Valley Project.
Harris also mentioned that the upcoming underground and surface drilling programs, as recommended in a recent Technical Report, aim to uncover the full potential of Golden Valley. This exploration work is scheduled to begin later this month and is expected to enhance the value of the asset for Pambili.
