Awalé Resources release assay results for Odienné Project

Awalé Resources Limited. has released assay report for the Odienné Project in Côte d’Ivoire. The firm’s CEO, Andrew Chubb expresses delight with the assay results, highlighting the robustness of the mineralization and confirming the high-grade mineralization over a 500m strike length.
Odienné Project
The Odienné Project is a joint venture between Awalé Resources and Newmont Ventures Limited. Newmont retains the option to earn a minimum of 65% interest by funding exploration expenditures. The recent drilling confirmed the high-grade gold mineralization, with mineralization remaining open in all directions. Gold and copper mineralization at the BBM Zone is controlled by a shear zone along an intrusive/sedimentary contact. Drilling has covered 2 km of strike along this shear zone, which is part of an 8km long geochemical gold trend.
Awalé Resources is focused on discovering large high-grade gold and copper-gold deposits in Côte d’Ivoire. Drill samples are being analyzed at Intertek Laboratories in Ghana and Australia, following ISO 17025 standards. Quality control measures include the use of blanks, duplicates, and certified reference materials.
Significant intervals are reported based on downhole length weighted intercepts, with trigger values ranging from 0.2 g/t to 5 g/t. True widths are estimated to be 70% of the downhole widths. The Au Equivalent is calculated based on gold, copper, molybdenum, and silver prices, using a formula to represent the combined value of these metals.
“The consistently high-grade gold mineralization encountered in multiple drill holes underscores the prospectivity of our exploration area and highlights the substantial value it holds for our Company and stakeholders,” said Andrew Chubb.
